In practice... well, it's what Yelp is: pretends to be fair and unbiased, but actually accepts money from companies to tip the scales.

what if a known uncompromising company with good ethics or something, (idk, not good with words right now...) would run such a site?... painting a target on their back? perhaps... i suppose so, but also it would not only be credible, but probably incredible as well... anyhow, im extremely happy with and at my current employer, but ok, i guess you cant believe everything you find on reddit but people out there have terrible bosses and of course im not suggesting to name and shame companies, but kinda? if one in ten of those sms conversations i have read over the last weeks is true, then yeah, i wouldnt want to give the employer any business quite frankly. might be a radical kinda idea but yeah. and not just that. basically a public company ethics ranking i guess?... oof
