LO1 was watching this the other day, i didnt really catch on as it was just another cartoon running in the background, kinda, but eventually it looped often enough for me to also see the antifascism and i concluded this would be a good movie probably... i didnt quite catch on the gay relationships, or the main character being trans, but yeah, i guess you are right. to me it was just that she was different... it also reminded me of wolfwalker a bit... aaaand that other animated movie, about the book of uh... kells? yeah all around i am pretty happy with the animated movies out there atm....

I really loved the messiness of the original comic and from everything I saw and heard, they stripped it away. I am really glad people are enjoyed it but it was so disappointing to see the things I loved about it ripped out.
