We always ask for PDFs because @JcDent is in Lithuania and @Cassa is in the land downunda, so physical stuff isn't exactly useful for us.
Group #1: only provides contact form. No response. If you get their email, you find out that they don't understand what a PDF is.
Group #2: very excited to get your email. Will give you the PDFs. Has to be convinced not to send you physical stuff.
