I'm skeptical but I'm willing to withhold judgement until it comes out. Both A24 and Alex Garland have pretty good track records, so I find it hard to believe they both went in on a dumb idea for no reason.
I'm just in this for the closest we're ever getting of a Shattered Union adaptation.
Garland has earned my unwavering support so I'll see this even if it looks hamfisted as hell.
Looks pretty bad. Guess Garland is attempting something along the lines of Red Dawn, but doubt it'll be as well received.
Proof even good directors can make mistakes.
