It's a portmanteau of "radaras" (radar) and "darom!" (Let's do it/we're doing it)
This is a fundraising campaign
to buy soldier protection packs. A pack will include a night vision monocular, a laser sight, and an individual anti-drone. One protection pack costs 7,500 euros. All the professional equipment was manufactured by Brolis Semiconductors and NT Service, both based in Lithuania.
For Ukrainian soldiers, ofc. We already raised €3mil.
Last year, Radarom! was used to buy tactical radars, hence the name. Even before that had raised money for a bunch of stuff, including a Bayraktar drone.
