One thing that TES should take from Age of Decadence et al is maybe doing some niche protection because it's not too hard to train yourself outside of your normal/natural skill zone to become a jack-of-all-trades [sneak bowman].

Another thing would be cutting down on the ability to juggle three enchanted weapons at the same time as its annoying as fuck.

The third and final thing would be killing the fucking stamina system oh God it sucks so much

Conceptually, the Elder Scrolls stamina system is the Dark Souls stamina system. In practise, the Elder Scrolls/Fallout/Starfield stamina system is one of hundreds of pieces of legacy code which haven't been conceptually examined in twenty years.
