The slides have recently been garbage. Just awful design choices. No cool illustrations of submarines.
Just Romanian flag and a weird starfort logo.
No wonder Afghanistan and Iraq were just warcrimes and graft. People trained on - and producing - slides like these have no human spark left inside them.
