I'd imagine with some careful cutting and shaving you'd able to remove most of it. Intense urge to paint up an XCOM 2 style killteam or something, which I really don't need to feel at the moment, already dreading my newly awoken plans for a Dark Mechanicum army after that got announced
I have an intense desire to paint up a Necromundan 8th KT and no real reason to do so.
