Polygon Blacksmith doesn't do comissions for dumb babies, but their style is great and I wish I had the money to comission:
- a retro inspired Guard/sci-fi gun dudes army
- Warhammer Empire stuff
Building and customizing your car - and actually having to put work in it - sounds sweet. Wish more sci-fi games had this more hand-on approach to improving your ride (from cars to space ships) instead of just menus where you choose a paintjob and an engine.
Sorta like reverse Shipbreaker, make installing the damn reactor the interesting part.
