I am a bit flippant here; Dark Reapers are also a fairly recent plastic kit.
On the other hand...
*Fire Dragons are resin from 4E (2004-2008)
*Striking Scorpions you can currently buy are resin from 4E, with the new models announced in October as part of a new Kill team. That's a gap of 6 editions.
*Swooping Hawks are pre-9/11 resin from 3E.
*Warp Spiders are resin from 2nd edition - that's 1993-1998.
*Shadow Specters probably date to 2011, but they're Forge World, so who cares?!
*The plastic Dire Avengers? 2006 vintage, baby!
Shining Spears ride gravbikes and thus don't appear in Kill Team.
Most of the dating was drawn from this post, which is only slightly inaccurate three years after publishing. It also asserts that Swooping Hawk wings are from Rogue Trader era.
The further you go from Space Marines, the fewer updates your minis have.
I'm in awe at sheer lack of good judgement that went into making a WORLD WAR 2 MOD FOR ROME I IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 2018
Peep the explanation for why China has an IS-2 derivative in WW2:
If you read the text it states that the mod takes place during the 50's as well, cause Rome: Total War doesn't allow the game to end in 1945 - it ends in the 50's. So Dagovax thought 50's stuff could be added.
In the late game it's 50's tanks - and for >Germany it's futuristic tanks like the Mause.
Since Rome I wouldn't let the game end in 1945, they pushed the date forward rather than backwards into the 1930s. THEY WENT DEEPER INTO THE ERA ROME I ENGINE CAN'T HANDLE.
AAAAAAAAGH!
