Look, I love winSPMBT ("Originally a DOS program SPMBT has now been upgraded into a full Microsoft Windows application") dearly, but that game needs major UI/UX updates even if you leave the unit visuals alone. And while it still has yearly patches, it's still an old game sold on an ancient website that does shit like track how many times you've installed the game to prevent piracy.

Of course, you can still play the free version if you can get along with limitations like 800x600 resolution.

For a fun game, try and find how many of the reviewer quotes present here can still be found on online publications.
