I am proud that my Regiments review is fairly high up as far as Google searches for one goes. On the other hand, it just shows how major game journo outfits ignored the fucking game.

But the other two high performing pages being my review of the extremely mobile-grindy 40K Tacticus and a shitpost about worst dice Games Workshop release gives me very weird feelings.

jRPGs should be defined not by their origin, gameplay, or themes, but by how much of a banger their soundtracks are /j

Code Vein is a jRPG because they drop this in the Main Theme

Whenever I read an SSLP of a JRPG on lparchive, there are invariably tracks to the songs, sometimes with comments like "you should really listen to this."

I open it and it's always -as far as I'm concerned - another JRPG song.

Maybe I'm just immune to the charms of JRPG music the same way I'm immune to their gameplay.
