Sure, most people play WARNO for the online skirmish experience, and Army General may be playable coop/versus
But God-damn, the AI in the game is just stupid. Find a good position and just watch AI throw individual tanks at it in regular intervals.

Realized that my current Armor:Toughness system for modifying Endurance in Chosen Killers actually makes weak units stronger lol.
Gonna maybe can it entirely, esp. since there are more levers to pull to represent Space Marine armor and physiology.
I also realized that I already have a Pulp Alley statline for a Marine: Brother Rolf, The One Separate from the Pack, Lost Brother of the 13th, Death Wolf's Pup - who was the hero in our Pulp Alley episode:
There's also one about the illusion of armor saves.
And yeah, something like an RTS Maker would be awesome.
If the basic capability was modeled after Company of Heroes 1 - so, comes natively with suppression, cover systems, directional vehicle armor, non-uniform infantry squad armament, multiple vehicle weapon, etc. - it would cover basically everything a modern RTS needs.
Plus, if Steam Next Fest demos are anything to go by, it would be a lot more sophisticated at base than what most games do today.
