I may not play it nearly as often as I do Warno or Regiments but it's without a doubt a much better game (though it might be a case of apples-to-OT-62, as the scale is a bit different).

From the previous PDF releases, nobody expected the Militia list to be any good.
But it's expanded past what we had in 30K 1E. You can build even more dumb, weird combos. There's full support for basically every dumb conversion idea you have.
A lot of this is partially because, I suspect, it was written with the thought that it has to support using basically anything you have for Necromunda in the game, which is a dumb idea (very expensive), but it has lead to some tremendous results.
I love it.
