Look, not everyone can convert or model well

And those who can may not have the time

But if you put that capability on an online platform with a bunch of 40K weapons, armor options, clothing varieties, etc., people could do that!

For 35 bux, I get a sprue with a few options and the responsibility to:

1. Clip it
2. Remove the mold-lines
3. Drill the gun barrel
4. Glue it together
5. Paint it to not look like shit

It all takes time - and with #5, there's no guarantee that it won't look like shit!

Meanwhile, 10 minutes on Hero Forge gave me this:

That's basically all default presets - I didn't even fuck around with advanced posing or face features. And how much would it cost me in monetary terms?

• $19.99 for 100 micron layer resolution plastic print. I'd still have to paint it myself, plus, it's Hero Forge suggests that it's not as sturdy as a regular plastic miniature.
• $29.99 for 50 micron layer premium plastic, perfect for painting perverts. We're still under what GW asks + I don't have to assemble shit.
• $44.99 for color plastic "with faint layer lines" and similar durability to other plastics. I don't know what that means exactly, and the paintjob will look flatter than done by a real human bean, but real human beans don't paint minis for $10 unless they really undervalue themselves. I'll gladly pay $10 to not have to do it myself.

This would be even better with the highly-customizable Space Marine commander being an ancient smoll marine model that RIP in piss and current offerings all being monopose garbage dudes with a passion for hero rocks.

In conclusion, the people should elect me to be the king-emperor of GW, at which point I'd declare the Beast Wars non-canon... and also strike a Hero Forge partnership, sure.
