so, a couple of weeks ago, i was given a time slot to give a talk about neopets at Anthrocon this year! It was a whole lot of fun, even if the panel was relatively early, and so many people were stuck in registration during the panel! I spent almost all of June really hammering down this powerpoint, and I'm quite happy with the results! Even if technical difficulties nearly got in the way!

The first page of the new neopets plot has all of Meridell feeling grey, including my favorite blorbo. I decided to draw him really feeling it. Been practicing a bit more with expression lately, and more full body. loving the results of practicing more!

Neopets: A Gateway to Furdom
I will be giving a talk on how Neopets created an early internet environment that made it easy to self express as a furry online! Also they intentionally made a lot of thier characters unnecessarily hot.
