The bread absolutely makes a difference, though Bread Too Fancy can also be a problem (BLTs, for example). In this case it was a French Dip variant from a local barbecue place with brisket in place of the roast beef, plus melted Swiss and caramelized onions. I had half the sandwich with jus last night and the other half plain today.
