sometimes I think "wow how do people knit so fast" but the two most recent projects I've been working on are larger yarn than my usual (one DK, one chunky) and dang if you don't pile on the inches fast
(context for non-knitters:
- Fingering weight (my usual): 7-8 stitches per inch
- DK weight: ~5.5 stitches per inch
- Chunky weight: ~4 stitches per inch)
