It goes great:
- On a sandwich (turkey + bacon + lettuce + cheese + avocado + little spicy aoli + French baguette)
- In meat sauce for bolognase (too many ingredients to list)
- In tacos
- In other stuff?
Yeah turkey is great in many foods!!! I mostly don't like reformulated deli turkey but otherwise I think it's great
it's really good if cooked properly! the problem is that bc people only really make it once a year most people have no idea how to cook it
It's also (easier to be) tastier if you just try to cook one part of the turkey; i prefer to get all my meat in bone-in breasts
yep, cooking trouble is (I suspect) the source of a lot of people's antipathy
it's good. tasty as the main part of the meal and it's (imo) the best deli meat
