One of my biggest game store pet peeves is store owners calling an event 'Sealed Draft'. Like, which is it? They are very different.
Ok so I finally asked if the 'Sealed Draft' events my store were running was Sealed or Draft and was met with a horrific response.
The events have been 3 Pack Sealed.
No wonder no one wants to play draft at that store they've all been traumatized by a horrible play experience!

that nearly guarantees you need to play 3 colors to have enough cards, let alone playables, for a deck

And this is the store I've settled on after so much searching
People in charge need an education of how fucking wrong they are, god damn...
Drafted in person is an awesome experience, and correct 6pack sealed is a good challenge. But why the heck would someone think the middle ground between them was even remotely a good idea?!
