Coworker heavily implying he wants me to help him move. Even though 90% of the time he wont have a conversation unless it's just him talking at me+ no mask + L + ratio
This is also just kinda a thing of respect. I'm very respect focused, I've known a lot of people who didnt get the respect they deserved, and in the system we live in so many people are denied their autonomy and respect for reasons that truly shouldn't be considered for respect. I wear my mask for myself but also out of respect for the disabled who have to face a world where people will choose a modicum of confidence over the life of a disabled person.
That I cannot respect.
