Yup! More specifically Multimedia Fusion 2, the predecessor of Clickteam Fusion
As a kid I used Klik n' Play like... 5000 hours, and stuff that came after, like Games Factory, or Multimedia Fusion felt like super fancy mega dev software, so I'm glad that they're still around haha
