Something that absolutely was fundamental to the way you write, or the things you love, or other stuff, and you are also forced to acknowledge that said thing is alltogether just not very good. maybe it's a Lot Worse Thematically in retrospect, maybe it's just very badly written; but what's the thing where you're like "yeah this was a big deal to me" and also you really will probably never go back to for very, very good reasons?
