I know the answer is "none" but i'm looking to upgrade me and my partner, especially cause her phone utterly sucks. What's affordable but actually works?

i've had a galaxy A23 for idk year and a half and when my partner's phone bricked more recently the guy at the phone store was like "look, i like you, don't get another one of that model bc they all crap out like this, this is one that will actually last you awhile" and sold them a galaxy A23 also. haven't had any big problems with it
I'll always vouch for Xiaomi/Redmi phones (just do your research to make sure whatever you get will work with your carrier)
I would indicate the LG V-Series but they weren't all winners, and LG decided to give up. I'm not sure where to go from here either.
I remain a moto G-line loyalist and my current one (I think it's the 31 play?) is only a little bit worse than its predecessors, though it is pretty low-power for any kind of 3D stuff/gaming
