Cohost question, if I “create a new page” does that count as its own account with its own likes and stuff or are likes and people I follow linked to this main account? (Kinda how on tumblr you could make multiple blogs but only had one main blog for following and likes)

It's its own thing. Nobody other than you (and @staff I guess) can tell they're linked, and none of them have any kind of "main" status.
