Is a game consisting of 6 mini games where you are a graduated Necromancer setting out on starting your own business! Each game progresses you further along in your professional endeavors!
Game 1: False Life Advertising
You make a craigslist posting, but be careful! Necromancy has been banned by the site! You need to construct a listing without using certain words, or tipping your hand too much about what you are selling
Game 2: Dead Ringer
You need to record a voicemail for your business! State the name, what you specialize in, and any slogans you have!
Game 3: A Day in the Life
A client! You roll to see who, what, and how well the ritual went, then you write a diary entry about the events that happened.
Game 4: Cheap as Dirt
Necromancy isn’t cheap, but you know where to get discount ingredients. Write a recipe and how you find cheaper substitutes.
Game 5: At Death’s Door
Something from work has followed you home. What is it? What do they want?
Game 6: Life Insurance
One day you will die. But that’s not the end for you! You need to make clear instructions that even any rando can follow on how to revive you when you die.
Breaking down one game into lots of little mini games is a really fun idea! It's a great way to give you little snapshots of a larger setting/story.
I wrote about someone who figured out that maybe their college wasn’t too legit, and had trouble shaking off a certain revived client.
