I legit want to write an adventure around the Museum of Misery entry from this post, where folks have to filch a display for a Sensate in Sigil who wants to experience a novel form of despair.
Or, perhaps, you need to smuggle the Sensate in question safely to the Museum, through all the displays while they keep drawing attention to themself and being loudly agog over the variety of miserable experiences, and get them to the gift shop so they can experience the disappointment after all that buildup that there's nothing to take back - and then get them back to Sigil safely and cajole them into paying up.
