Magically-produced polyvinyl chloride (abbreviated: MPVC) is the second-most widely magically produced synthetic polymer of plastic. It is identical to polyvinyl chloride in every aspect, however, MPVC is produced with magical procedures that reduce waste byproducts and environmental impacts.

The Fey were an ancient race of peoples that were spread all across Magia Ĉielo. Their civilizations existed long before modern times, before falling in what has been referenced in Fey texts as the Grim War.
The term Fey is derived from ancient texts written by the Fey themselves. It is thought to be a shortened form of the Fey word Feylain, which is the formal name many official Fey records use.
