First labor management meeting was today. Went pretty well but I saw the results of the mgmt poll of union members of retaining mandatory masking and…huge margin towards making masking optional. It’s tough to have some faith in humanity and have it continuously tested by people who think the annoyance of a mask outweighs a potential lifetime disability
