Great question! At the cafe where I have access to an espresso machine I get a very normal unsweetened whole milk cappuccino basically every day. Lovely drink. I enjoy making cappuccinos too but my preference is lattes in to go cups bc for whatever reason my art (pictured) is better in them.
At home? Hario v60 pour overs using single orgin coffee. Simple but great
