I haven't checked this, but I suspect that one would run into mutually exclusive observances (say, a feast day from one culture coinciding with a fasting period from another) within days.
Fasting days as far as I’m aware begin or end at sundown in every culture I’m aware of that has fast days so you can just feast before or after the fast
But also the contradictions are the fun part

I tried to run a "holiday of the day" page for a few months. Every day is special. Every single one. There is no end to the celebrations. They will never stop.
There's a minimum of like 6 feasts every day just from the Christian saints. Today is the feast of observance for 13 different saints, there are 16 more tomorrow. Either you'll have to double up feasts, or declare a single Saltine to be in honor of Saint Homobonus, Patron of Shoemakers.
