isaac's dad came by and dropped off some vegetables from his share in a local garden including some garlic scapes which i've never had i dont think. honestly its too many leafy greens to fit in my fridge so im going to figure out something to do with them for lunch

I love garlic scapes! They cook up like flavorful green beans. I like to sauteed them in some butter then squirt with lemon juice.
scapes are great i like to stir fry em and put em with rice, or put em in a quiche
oh nice. i have a bunch left so maybe ill try a quiche. never made a quiche before
Garlic scape pesto is a classic. Easy and good.
