isaac's dad came by and dropped off some vegetables from his share in a local garden including some garlic scapes which i've never had i dont think. honestly its too many leafy greens to fit in my fridge so im going to figure out something to do with them for lunch
made a pasta with a bunch of the stuff. kale, garlic scapes, a zucchini and a squash, parsley. plus tons of olive oil, salt and black pep, crushed aleppo pepper and just a tiny tiny bit of parm. used a favorite pasta shape, this is strozzapreti i think but there's a few basically the same shape with different names
