In 2011, I bought a bag of coffee that tasted very strongly of strawberry jam from a local shop, at the owner's insistence that I "try this shit." It was amazing, the best coffee I've ever head. I've been chasing that dragon for the past 14 years, and I can't remember anything about who brewed it or where it was sourced from. It might have been Intelligencia, out of Chicago, or Coava, out of Portland?
you should try hydrangea's stuff! it's not my favorite coffee in the world but i find their stuff is very powerfully fruit/flower driven
