After spending all that time figuring out audio routing, two things happened that forced me to boot to Windows to stream:
- The audio going to my earbuds was scratchy. I have no idea when or why it started happening, but it necessitated restarting PipeWire. That in itself would have been recoverable, but:
- My controller decided not to work. It worked last week. There's definitely a udev rule to handle it. I also tried to
modprobe hid-nintendo, and that didn't fix it either. Maybe I could have figured it out if I had had more time, but the game had already been generated and Mazzy was streaming her end already, so it's off to Windows land.
I really want to be rid of Windows. It's just not working out that way. :/
