The thing is, a lot of those job ads are just there to make the job process look objective, even though the sex shops know very well they'll be ignoring almost ever applicant!
Like, they say they're looking for a good, obedient girl, and they'll get hundreds of resumes, but actually they already know which employee they're gonna promote (demote?) into the position, or it's being reserved for a nepotism hire-- say, that pretty bottom the boss just hooked up with.
It's really unfair, is what I'm saying.
