I bought a Tamagotchi Uni from Japan and not only was it so much cheaper than buying one here in the UK (they're charging £70!!), it arrived two days later.

What is Bandai UK doing They're just scamming people at this rate.

Glad I bought it though, first impressions are incredibly positive. It's the sleekest, most responsive of the modern Tamagotchi devices yet. Absolutely surreal connecting a vpet to Wifi and then having it give me a brief tutorial.

Jealous Digimon doesn't get this treatment and I'm still running my vital bracelet, however, so my arm is just going to be lined with watches and I'm going to look like one of those dodgy back alley dealers.

Oh yea, I didn't post here, but I finally got Omegamon on my Digimon Colors a few days ago, after ages of failing to get the right evolution and taking breaks because I couldn't focus on too much.

Now I just need to unlock the gold D1 background and I can consider the pet "complete" until the V3, 4 and 5 arrive. :)

The V5 is absolutely going to be my main pet, it has most of my favourite Digimon on, so I might wait until it arrives before I go through the grind to try to unlock it on that too.

Bought a Japanese/Cantonese box set of Digimon Savers, because they never released a box set of it in the UK and this is the same region as my DVD player.

Disc 1 doesn't work, rip

Going to try to give the disc a good clean later and try again, but for now downloading a rip of Data Squad instead. I'd rather have the version with my man, Citramon, anyway. >:)

I need more gazimon merch, it's not fair. All I have is a bootleg plush and trading cards. :(

I get it's not feasible for Bandai to do something like the sitting cuties line Pokémon has, but it does kind of suck that every time there's Digimon merch, it's almost always focused on the anime or version 1 vpet.
