are zhere any like, coordinate systems for specifying where a celestial object is? or is it just "zhis spot in the sky at zhis time from zhis place on earth" kind of zhing?
It's all very earzh-centric as far as i'm aware... zhere is a system of galactic longitude and latitude but zhat would only get you a line-of-sight to somezhing...
