I feel the same with stuff I post, not just on social media but also my writing work
like at this point I'm convinced there's some psychological phenomenon that makes it easier or more likely to find mistakes or reword things or refine stuff when you know "anyone could see this at any time", as opposed to just a draft you haven't sent yet
