The Intuitive Machines moon lander will be attempting its moon landing today at 5:30 eastern, watch the coverage of it here, starting at 4pm!
Wish them luck, these CLPS and GLXP and really... basically every small moon lander in recent years has gone through a lotta hardship, a lot haven't made it to the moon, and those that did mostly crashed, so wish them luck to stick the landing! Landing on the moon is tough, after all.
That all said, this shot was a treat! I was worried it'd be way out of frame, but fortunately it was only a little bit.
I wish I'd had it at like f11 not f14, you really lose the boostback here, it was very faint.

NOT ONLY WERE THEY THE FIRST PEOPLE TO TAKE A CRYOGENIC METHANE+OXYGEN ENGINE PAST THE ATMOSPHERE AND USE IT IN SPACE*, BUT THEY GOT ALL THE WAY TO THE MOON'S SURFACE ON THEIR FIRST GO, IN ONE PIECE
HELL YEAH, GOOD GOING TO THAT LITTLE DOOT AND THE TEAM OF PEOPLE BEHIND IT
* Edit to apologize for not being aware of the Chinese Zhuque-2 being the first space flown methane engine. This is definitely the first one to get this far from earth though
