for the past 12 years, i had been the top moderator on /r/interesting on reddit. somehow. i don't remember how. i never did anything with it other than set out some rules and put a wizard in the background of the theme, early on. at some point some folks asked if they could moderate it. yesterday i got a notice from reddit about changing the order of moderators due to inactivity, i approved it, then i got a notice saying i've been removed. i can't believe they would treat me like this. all i did was nothing helpful, or in general, at all
