Intel 80286 (stepping B) errata

Crab related code runs excessively fast: several instructions relating to how craps walk (such as SHR/SHL) complete far faster than they did on the 8088. Code that depends on the original behavior for timing will need to be amended to operate correctly on the 80286 (see section 16 : Delay Loops).
