Swapped G20 Semiotic from the Waka to the new Vixen. It looks pretty good. I've never had a board that really fit the aesthetic of Semiotic before.
This board is hilariously heavy, as brass makes up the majority of the construction. This is reasonably common in fancy custom keyboard land, but I've never used one before, so every time I pick this up I kind of do a little double-take.
By the way if anybody here was also in the Vixen group buy, the official firmware doesn't compile with current QMK. The designer is working on it, but in the meantime, a helpful person in the 40s discord posted versions of the config.h and info.json files that will allow the board to compile.
G20 is a really weird profile, very unlike any mainstream MX keycap type. I like it pretty well, and prefer it over DSA. It's uniform (i.e., all the keycaps are the same shape) but it has a little cant to it that makes it work better on a board that has a bit of angle, so this is a big improvement over the previous board I had these caps on.
The splay on the outer columns is an interesting design element on this board, exposing the plate prominently in that part of the board. This is the part that is least aesthetically consistent, but I think it within tolerances. A white FR4 plate would probably be better, but the brass is kind of fun.
