Looks like the creators of the "Micro Trailers" twitter account made a website to help you find game recommendations in the Steam Winter Sale, called We <3 Every Game
Things like this tend to pop up from time to time, but I'm highlighting it specifically because it actually does a decent job of highlighting obscure indies. Much better than the Steam homepage, that's for sure.
