Sweet cream base:
- 2 cups of light or heavy cream
- 1 cup (or 1 can) sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla flavor:
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract (use imitation if any concerns about alcohol)
Whisk cream1 and sweetened condensed milk and liquid flavors together until blended and floofy.
For flavor chunks like fruit or chocolate bits, fold those in at the end.
Freeze for a few hours. Enjoy in appropriate proportions.
It does have a bit of a kick from the caramelized sugars in the condensed milk, which gives it a bit of a "cooked" aftertaste that may be odd. And can be a little "dry".

No mixer? You may be able to do this in a food processor or blender if they have a whipping setting. I've used a mechanical egg-whisk.
