Yesterday a good friend took me out shopping. Shoes were the goal, but I snagged this dress and a cute handbag shaped like a stegosaurus1 as well.
It was also my first time going out dressed femme. It was a little bit scary, but really not a lot. I had my friend with me, I wasn't planning on going into any bathrooms (I'd avoided eating or drinking anything that morning for that purpose), nobody treated me weirdly as far as I noticed, so it was really just a cool fun little shopping outing! Now I have a pair of ladies' boots with a bit of heel on them, a cute lil handbag and a dress which every time I see that photo of myself wearing it I get an instant free blast of euphoria so I'm posting and sharing it everywhere!
Oh and we got sushi for lunch. I haven't had sushi in years and good sushi in even longer. This was good sushi.
