The issue I'm having with bio.link appears to be DNS. I don't know why that would be, but it's failing out. Edit: trying a different DNS, turns out it's only on IPv6 at the moment. Which is great but I have a USA ISP without IPv6 support. Yay!
I liked bio.link's simple design. It was like old web; it wasn't strictly web 1.0, but felt like it didn't do any more web2.0 than it needed. Fortunately I figured out how to turn off the on-load animation in carrd.
I'll give carrd this though: it has a lot more logos to choose from. Including from some sites I wouldn't have expected, and probably against the rules (I'd check, but I can't resolve the site at the moment) on bio.link. So I guess that's nice.
