The problem with the Quake Remix Jam is that it makes me want to make more Quake maps, and I know with absolute certainty that if I ever have two projects running in parallel, one of them is going to be swiftly abandoned and forgotten about.
So for the time being, I have to just be a spectator.
Some favourites below the fold:
Sleepytime Abbey, by Nickster
Utterly gorgeous art-deco remake of Q3DM8 (Brimstone Abbey). Copper tones and warm, comfortable vibes.

Roulette Dares, by Fairweather
A handsome vanilla-textured remix of two (!) maps from Quake Champions, Lockbox and Vale of Pnath (neither of which I've played). Fresh and occasionally vicious, in true Fairweather style.

I Shot the Albatross, by Strideh
Tackles the (deeply unenviable) task of trying to make UT99's DM-KGalleon fun. Absurd attention to detail in the construction of the boat's timbers.

Taught by Thirst, by RadiatorYang
"What if site B was being camped by a Shambler?" and other questions you wish you'd never learned the answer to.
