Don't conflate your discomfort with immorality and don't weaponize that Perceived immorality against trans women! They don't need More shit from Anyone right now. None of us do. But especially not trans women.
You can curate your online experience to exclude kink if you want to. No one is making you go to BDSM parties every month to keep your Good Queer Card. But you have Got to get more normal about people being not normal. The transfem doll who uses it/its and posts on third person about being used as a fleshlight will be a better advocate for your unconditional rights than someone who stays that same doll is a sinner sorry I mean pervert who's actually a danger to the community.
You need folk like this in your community whether You want to engage with them or not. Do you understand?
