you may be the first person i've seen sketch like that in aseprite, which is very cool.. i think of those who pioneered digital art on the amiga.
i used to do my doodling in clip studio but since they added pen pressure to aseprite i haven't really gone back lol. in my earliest days of pixelling i would use pen pressure for size since it made blocking out a silhouette real easy but nowadays i tend to be working around lineart more than blocks of colour.
